On Development Problem of "High-quality" Pre-school Education in Frontier Minority Areas and

Abstract:

Recently, there exist internal and external problems of pre- school education in frontier minority areas. The internal
problems include narrow coverage of public kindergarten, loose education focusing on children physical and mental characteristics,
education fund and teacher shortage, etc. External problems include the conflict among natural substance economic base, humanity
social environment, pre-school education structure, content and objective, etc. For improving the "high-quality" pre-school education
in frontier minority areas, it's necessary to take action on: changing parents thoughts; promoting teacher quality; purifying education
environment; enhancing the effect of combining force of school, family and society; enriching the connotation, structure and form of preschool
education.
