Abstract: The teaching model of "flipped classroom" which is based on "micro-lessons" can, to a certain extent, make up for the insufficiency of time and boring teaching content of the traditional classroom of Outline of Chinese Modern History. However, there are many problems in practice, such as the conflicts between the "microness" of "micro-lessons" and the comprehensiveness of the course,and between the visualization and flexibility of the "micro-lessons" and the theoretical and authoritative nature of the course. The problems are solved by designing narrative "micro-lessons" which effectively integrates with the "flipped classrooms", and specific implementation plans and teaching examples are proposed in order effectively promote and apply the model in the teaching of the outline.
