Abstract: The development of universities is dependent on the development of teachers, and the development of the young teachers is a necessary condition for maintaining the high quality of education. Restricted by local geographical features and unique rules of development, the development of the young teachers in local universities should have corresponding management model. Through literature study and questionnaire surveys, this paper analyzes the development status, development characteristics and existing problems of young teachers in local colleges and universities, explores the development of young teachers, and summarizes management experience. On the basis of the research, this paper puts forward development requirements for local colleges and universities as well as young teachers to improve the development system and the environment.
