The Construction and Practice of the New Eco-translation Class:#br# Two Classes, One Workshop and Three Connections#br#

Abstract: With the rapid development of media, English translation teaching has shown a diversified tendency. Under the guidance
of eco-translatology, in combination with humanism learning theory and group dynamics theory, the new translation teaching class is
constituted by the reform of teaching methods, mainly flipped class, PAD class(presentation, assimilation and discussion), and the
establishment of translation workshop, which has promoted the connection between training objectives and professional competence,
post ability and occupational ability. The students' translational action has been standardized in terms of teaching, learning, practicing
and testing. Correspondingly, their translation competence and critical thinking abilities have been improved, as well as the teacher's
translation practice ability and teaching research ability.
