Effect of Kangfuxin Liquid on the Proliferation of Human Skin Fibroblasts

Abstract:

〔Abstract〕Objective: To study the effects of different doses of Kangfuxin Liquid on the proliferation of human skin fibroblasts
（HSF）in vitro. Methods: The human skin fibroblasts were treated with different concentrations of Kangfuxin Liquid and cultured in
vitro, and the cell proliferation was detected by MTT assay. Results: Compared with the negative control group, after 24 h, 48 h and 72
h Kangfuxin Liquid could promote the proliferation of HSF at the concentrations of 3-100 μg/mL. The effect of 48 h and 72 h was timedependent,
and 10 μg/mL culture had the strongest effect after 72 h. Conclusion: Kangfuxin Liquid can stimulate the proliferation of
HSF, and how it promotes the proliferation of HSF needs further study.
