Abstract: In accordance with the requirements of deepening "Internet Plus Party Building Work" and further strengthening "Smart
Party Building", the author analyses the necessity and significance of party building work for college students under the background of
"Internet Plus", as well as the current situation and shortcomings of the party building work of Dali University students. In addition,
this paper puts forward the practice path of college students' party building under the background of the Internet for better promotion of
"Smart Party Building", focusing on five aspects including ideological education, party member management, party building publicity,
work platform and team building of student party members.
