Abstract: Neighborhood diplomacy has a priority in China's overall diplomatic situation in the new era and is the basis for realizing the overall goal of diplomacy with a big country with Chinese characteristics. Strengthening the supply of regional public goods constitutes the driving force and trend of China's neighborhood diplomatic transformation and innovation. Based on its own position and the reality of regional public product structure, China adheres to the principles of openness, inclusiveness and win-win cooperation,and focuses on providing public products with comparative advantages in the regional economy. At the same time, China's ability to supply public goods in the regional security and social fields is also rising, thus making its neighborhood diplomacy more in-depth and
balanced. As a result, the soft and hard power resources required for China's neighborhood diplomacy will be further optimized and allocated, the regional shaping power and influence will be enhanced, and the community of destiny in Asia will be better promoted.
