Abstract: "The Belt and Road" Initiative has promoted the development of Chinese international communication and derived the demands for compound Chinese talents.
The cultivation of compound Chinese talents has effectively promoted the breadth and depth ofinternational Chinese communication and indirectly promoted the development of "The Belt and Road" Initiative. In the three-way interaction and integration, China has achieved development in politics, economy and culture with countries along the Belt and Road.
