Abstract:

The industrial prosperity provides economic basis and is an endogenous driving force for Rural Revitalization Strategy. The field survey of two organic villages in western Yunnan shows that practical experiences have been preliminarily formed, such as aiming at the development goal of characteristic and high quality, focusing on building a new team of professional farmers, and accelerating the construction of a platform for the organic connection for small farmers in modern agriculture. However, there still exist such practical difficulties as inadequate policy fund management, imperfect industrial chain and insufficient endogenous power of the main body. Strengthening the guarantee mechanism for rural industrial development, promoting the integration of primary, secondary and tertiary industries and building a rural "developing community" are possible optimization paths.
