Abstract: As a programmatic document of communism, the Communist Manifesto still has great influence. In socialist countries, the
Communist Manifesto not only directly clarifies the mission of the proletarian political party to carry out ideological and political
education, the struggle strategy of the advanced proletariat, and the necessity of correctly choosing the revolutionary road, but also
clarifies that despite the twists and turns in the development of ideological and political education, its future remains bright. From the
perspective of its impact on the principles of ideological and political education, the principles of "vanguard leadership" and
"ideological criticism" contained in the Communist Manifesto are the starting points of all ideological and political education.
"Inculcation theory" and "negotiation theory" in the Communist Manifesto are still the dynamic methodologies of ideological and
political education, and at the same time, it also offers the basic point of materialistic dialectics and historical materialism to researches
of the development history and extraterritorial comparative research abroad of ideological and political education. Studying the
Communist Manifesto and taking its content as the practical requirement of moral education and soul-building education in the new era
of ideological and political education, is to cultivate talents with solid theory and strong practice, talents with firm beliefs and abundant
wisdom, as well as talents with long-term ideals and the clear distinction, and to provide the impetus for the great rejuvenation of the
Chinese nation with the original works of Marxism.
