The importance of the Communist International （Comintern） to the Chinese revolution under the leadership of the Communist Party of China （CPC） should not be overlooked. The early Chinese revolution was deeply influenced by the Comintern politically, economically, ideologically and militarily. With the help of the Comintern, the CPC was formally established. However, the three "leftist" errors following its establishment can also be attributed to misguidance from the Comintern. The Comintern's role in CPC leadership had both merits and drawbacks. In other words, there were both gains and losses. In today's increasingly globalized world, adopting an objective stance toward such critical historical events is of great importance to advancing the construction of a shared future for humanity and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
