Abstract: As a linkage between upstream producers and downstream consumers, the site selection decision of cold chain distribution
centers is crucial for ensuring the operational efficiency and product quality of cold chain logistics. Considering the complex and
uncertain decision-making environment, and in order to enhance the comprehensiveness and accuracy of site selection decisions, this
paper proposes a cold chain distribution center location selection model based on probabilistic linguistic interactive multi-attribute
decision-making. This model integrates probabilistic linguistic term sets, Shapley function value, and the fuzzy comprehensive
evaluation method. Firstly, an evaluation index system for the location selection of cold chain distribution centers is established. Then
the probabilistic linguistic term set is used to handle the uncertainty and fuzziness of the evaluation information, while the Shapley
function values are introduced to effectively reveal the intrinsic relationships among interactive attributes. Furthermore, the fuzzy
comprehensive evaluation method is integrated to obtain a comprehensive evaluation result for the site selection. Finally, By combining
the model with the actual policy background, the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed model are verified through case analysis
and comparative analysis, improving the scientificity and rationality of the site selection decision-making.
