Hu Jintao, the general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, made an important speech which celebrated the 90th
anniversary of CPC. Firstly he reviewed the great achievements and glorious progress of CPC within the past 90 years, secondly he summarized the valuable experiences made by people and CPC, thirdly he raised that we should enhance scientific goal of partybuilding under the new historical circumstances, finally he illustrated the guiding principles of pushing forward the great cause of ocialism with Chinese characteristics thoroughly in new historical beginning. It is an important political task of intensifying partybuilding hat we should promote "A Good" campaign and learning party- building for a period of time for the current and future, ased on studying and applying Hu Jintao's speech carefully. As for Dali University, we should run good socialism university and ealizeits scientific progress, which makes everyone value it.
