Study on the Government Information's Query by County Public Library

The Decree of Government Information Openness of the PRC requires that public library bears function to open
government informations. It is one of the main channels for the public to enquire government informations, which provides opportunities and challenges for public libraries to richen collected resources, and expand services as well.
