Research on the University Library How to Serve for Local Science and Technology Innovation

Based on the implementing situation, the developing strategy, the superiority and the meaning of university library's
participation in local science and technology innovation, the article illustrates the viewpoints that the university library should take full its advantage of the collection resources and talents to serve for local science and technology innovation.
