Thought about the Service and the Management of County Library

There exists many problems about the service and the management in the county library. In allusion to enhancing and
improving service and management function, solving effectively the difficulties and contradiction encountered in the Heqing County library, the article proposes some magnificent counter-measures and thoughts.
