Abstract:

To foster a culture of incorrupt government is an important step in our party's Clean Government Project. How to integrate the construction of the culture of clean government with ethnic cultures in ethnic minority areas is a new problem. As a result of the investigation, the paper concludes that the culture of clean government in Dali embodies obvious ethnic cultural features in the following aspects: reforming ethnic culture with the times, developing the culture of clean government by ethnic religions resources, innovating the culture of clean government by ethnic folk culture, attaching importance to the folk language and songs.
