Analysis of the Initial Employment Satisfaction of College Graduates through Three Dimensional

Abstract:

Through three dimensional capitals: social capital, human capital and psychological capital, this article gives an empirical analysis on initial employment satisfaction. The research results show that, human capital has key configuration function on initial employment satisfaction and internship experience and psychological capital influence initial employment satisfaction significantly. Self-confidence and optimism can improve initial employment satisfaction. The breath of social capital influences initial employment as well. It is suggested that, college graduates should establish investment idea of three dimensional capitals to improve initial employment satisfaction. The government should perfect employment policies to prevent social capital being abused in market competition. Colleges should enhance employment assistance in order to reduce barriers to employment.
