Study on Continuous Nursing on Life Quality in Patients with Ischemic Stroke

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the changes of compliance behavior, the control of stroke risk factors and the changes of patients
life quality in ischemia stroke patients with pre-discharged preparation,nursing interventions after discharged. Methods: One hundred
and ninety- eight eligible patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given
conventional nursing, the observation group was given conventional nursing care plus continuous nursing. Compliance, life quality,
health service utilization and patient satisfaction were investigate after 6 months. Results: The medication compliance, satisfaction
degree survey, return visit rate and survival ability were statistically improved in observation group, while there were no statistical
significance in standard- reaching rates of blood glucose and blood pressure in two groups. Conclusion: Continuous nursing can
significantly improve the regular medication compliance and patient satisfaction and return rate, which improved the patients survival
ability.
