Abstract:

Objective: To evaluated the effect of clinical nursing path in the application of cerebrovascular carotid stenting.
Methods: One hundred and fifty cases with cerebrovascular carotid stenting from January 2012 to October 2014 were randomly
divided into experimental group（clinical nursing pathway care）and control group（conventional care）.Questionnaire survey were
statistical analyzed before discharge. Results: The incidence of complications, the rate of health knowledge mastering, medical staff
satisfaction in experimental group were statistical significantly higher than that in control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion: The clinical
nursing path could provide patients with standardized, process oriented quality care services, improving the health education of patients
and reducing the incidence of postoperative complications, which is a good way of patient management and worthy of clinical
application.
