Abstract: Improving party conduct is a consistent political consciousness of Marxist political parties and a distinctive symbol that distinguishes them from other political parties. From the "Three Main Rules of Discipline and Eight Points for Attention" to "the Eight-Point Regulation", the construction of Party conduct has profoundly embodied the worldview and methodology of upholding fundamental principles while promoting innovation. It has always adhered to the "fundamental principles" of the fine work style of Marxist political parties, and has developed in response to the times and practical needs, providing a strong driving force for the great new project of Party building. In terms of the subject orientation, the work style construction has expanded from the discipline of the revolutionary army to all Party members; in terms of content innovation, it has been enriched and developed with the times in close connection with the Party's central tasks; in terms of methods and strategies, it has shifted from emphasizing the unity of the whole army during the revolutionary period to comprehensively governing the Party strictly in the new era; in terms of discourse narration, it has evolved from conventional discourse to digital discourse in the new era centering on the theme of unity; in terms of the working mechanism, it has promoted the Party's self-reform through the construction of its work style, leading to the continuous improvement of the government style and social conduct. On the new journey in the new era, to further strengthen the construction of the Party's work style, it is necessary to focus on the "key minority" and be adept at addressing details and minor issues, to give play to the rigidity of the system and adhere to systematic integration, so as to promote the construction of the Party's work style with a scientific methodology and provide a guarantee of a fine work style for further deepening reform comprehensively and advancing Chinese modernization.
