三大劳动群体工作满意度影响因素比较研究

摘要:

提高员工的工作满意度不仅可以提高其工作积极性,还可以促进工厂劳动关系和谐,因此研究哪些因素能影响工作满意度就变得非常重要。鉴于白领和蓝领等不同群体对工作满意度的需求不同,本文把中国的劳动群体分为技术白领、非技术白领和产业工人三类,然后用CGSS2006数据进行检验,研究结果显示,对于三个群体来说,收入满意度与工作满意度呈正相关关系,而工作环境和升迁与工作满意度没有显著性关系。对技术白领来说,年龄和社会保险与工作满意度呈正相关关系;对非技术白领来说,年龄和教育与工作满意度呈正相关关系;对产业工人来说,工作的自主性与工作满意度呈反相关关系,员工参与与工作满意度没有显著性关系。

Abstract:

It is significant to figure out which factors affect job satisfaction because more job satisfaction produces higher work motivation and more harmonious managementlabor relation. As white collars and blue collars have different requirements on job satisfaction,Chinese work force are divided into three groups in the article: professional whitecollars,classical whitecollars and industrial workers. Then the author tests the determinants of job satisfaction among the three groups based on China General Social Survey Data 2006. The result shows that for the three groups,income satisfaction has a positive correlation with job satisfaction while work environment and promotion have no significant relation with job satisfaction. In addition,for the professional whitecollars,ages and social insurance are positively correlated with job satisfaction,and for the classical whitecollars,ages and education have a positive correlation with job satisfaction. For the industrial workers,however,job autonomy has a negative correlation with job satisfaction,and employee involvement is not closely related with job satisfaction.
