The increasingly frequent NIMBY risk events seriously affect China's economic development and social stability. At present, NIMBY risk governance is in dilemma in China, and the problems such as the oneness of governance subjects, the decoupling of governance means, the relatively imbalance of governance process and the imperfect governance mechanism, affect the performance of NIMBY risk governance to a large extent, and it is urgent to seek the mode transformation and path innovation of NIMBY risk governance. Inclusive governance, as a comprehensive, rational, sustainable and value-caring governance paradigm, has the basic characteristics of multiple subjects, process consultation, behavioral checks and balances, and benefit sharing. It is of great practical significance to improve the democratic authenticity, policy legitimacy and social resilience of NIMBY risk governance, and should be an effective choice for the reform of China's NIMBY risk governance model. From the perspective of inclusive governance, the path of NIMBY risk governance should be improved by building a co-governance network of multiple subjects, promoting the "two-pronged approach" of governance means, optimizing the decision-making process and methods of NIMBY governance, and by establishing a benign long-term governance mechanism, so as to boost China's NIMBY risk to the road of good governance.

In the online public discourse space, generative artificial intelligence may increase the risk of ideological infiltration due to data bias and algorithmic discrimination, which may result in the displacement of labor subject and object and lead to the risk of ideological fragmentation, and may lead to the usurpation of value rationality by instrumental rationality and trigger the risk of ideological degeneration. Therefore, we need to focus on independent research and development of generative artificial intelligence technology, adhering to ethics and mainstream values, and use "Chinese discourse" to compete against "Western discourse".

Workplace ostracism is a common phenomenon in all kinds of organizations, and has attracted more and more scholars' attention and discussion after Ferris and other scholars proposed a reliable measurement method for workplace ostracism in 2008. Based on conservation of resource theory and self-presentation theory, this paper discusses the impact of perceived workplace ostracism by colleagues on upward ingratiation of employees and the moderating effect of superior-subordinate tacit understanding. Using MPLUS and SPSS, and with hierarchical regression method and Bootstrap, we did an empirical verification of the data collected by questionnaire from 480 knowledge workers from high-tech service industry. The results show that impact of perceived workplace ostracism by colleagues has a significant positive effect on upward ingratiation of employees, and superior-subordinate tacit understanding plays a moderating role between perceived workplace ostracism by colleagues and upward ingratiation of employees.

Marx's leisure thought takes the standpoint of people's nature as the core of logic, and justice, harmony, aesthetics and happiness as the value goals. In practice, we must lay stress on leading leisure subjects to establish a scientific concept of labor and leisure, concept of ecological consumption and the awareness of ecological leisure responsibility. Therefore, we need to construct the tripartite coordination mechanism of leisure supply, and help establish a correct view of labor and leisure, and realizes the care of people's own life meaning in leisure practice with quality leisure supply, effective leisure education and formal leisure systems.

However, However, in regulating "no-poaching agreements", antitrust laws are in the dilemma of improper value orientation, neglect of protection of employee interests, poor behavior identification, emphasis on monopoly agreement path and fragmentation of law enforcement process, and lack of ex ante regulation. To solve this dilemma, it is urgent to adjust the value concept, adhere to protection of competition process, construct a dual regulation path, and to establish a pre-compliance system to promote the anti-monopoly regulation of "non-poaching agreement".

In the absence of relevant legislation, it is necessary to establish a hierarchical approach to cases involving illegality cognition. In the case of defense of "mistake of illegality cognition" raised by the perpetrator, it is necessary to take a step-by-step approach of "fact judgment-normative judgment-hierarchical and detailed judgment". Firstly, the subjective and objective facts of the case should be comprehensively analyzed using deductive reasoning to confirm whether there is illegality cognition. Although the Supreme People's Court has allowed the practice of citing the Constitution in judicial reasoning, it has not yet clarified the conditions and norms for courts at all levels to cite the Constitution in judicial reasoning. Regarding this deficiency, scholars have made in-depth studies and proposed the principle of necessity, extracted practical experience, and constructed specific factual conditions in the field of civil adjudication. Although these explorations are rich in details, they lack a logical thread that can connect them together. Essentially, citing conditions is a 'blocking technique', whose function is to screen suitable cases and determine whether constitutional resources are invested or not. On the basis of combining the public law and fundamental law attributes of the Constitution, citation conditions should be constructed around this core function. To determine whether a case dispute is qualified, a "fact-norm" dual review structure can be adopted: first, it is necessary to determine whether the Constitution, as a public law, can intervene in the relevant dispute at the factual level, and then at the normative level, the condition for applying the fundamental law to "exhaust legal remedies" must be reviewed. In addition, if the parties invoke the Constitution in their claims, the court should also invoke the Constitution to respond.
