In the context of Chinese-style modernization, establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements is essentially a deep coupling of the ethics of governance and the logic of administration in a Marxist political party. The fundamental adherence of a correct view of political achievements is a triple logical system encompassing axiology, epistemology, and methodology, aiming at addressing the structural problem of the alienation of political achievements under long-term governance. First, upholding the fundamental stance of putting the people first constitutes its value origin, and by returning the judgment of political achievements to historical subjects, it fundamentally cures the persistent problems of bureaucratism at the level of political ethics. Second, extending from political ethics to governance practice requires overcoming the instrumental rationality deficits indicated by a lazy and neglectful government through the value pursuit of accountability, and building a mental defense against corruption based on the basic principle of integrity and dedication, so as to ensure the purity of power serves the realization of modernization goals. Thirdly, a style of seeking truth from facts and a distinctive character that keeps pace with the times, from the perspectives of objective laws and historical dialectics respectively, correct the inversion of form and content caused by formalism and break the constraints on innovative vitality imposed by rigid adherence to rules. Finally, adhering to a scientific paradigm of systematic thinking aims to reverse the fragmentation and short-sightedness present in traditional cadre evaluation and appraisal. The practice across these six dimensions is dialectically unified, collectively forming a complete loop from value guidance, behavioral norms to institutional support, enabling the correct view of political achievements to be internalized as the political consciousness of party members and cadres and externalized as the governance effectiveness in advancing Chinese-style modernization.

Digital ideological and political education represents a new form of ideological and political education in the era of digital and intelligent technologies. Examining its internal structure of contradictions from a philosophical perspective is of considerable significance. Guided by historical materialism, this paper argues that the contradictory relationship between the ideologization of data and the datafication of thought constitutes the fundamental contradiction of digital ideological and political education. Specifically, the datafication of thought reflects the operation of digital productive forces in the realm of thought, while the ideologization of data embodies the core mechanism of digital production relations. The dialectical movement between the two constitutes a distinctive mode of knowledge production in digital ideological and political education. This fundamental contradiction further unfolds into three concrete contradictions: the contradiction between the datafication of social existence and the data-driven construction of social consciousness, that between digital productive forces and digital relations of social interaction, and that between digital ideology and real social consciousness. In practice, these contradictions are manifested in the deep entanglement of the logic of recognition, the logic of capital, and disciplinary logic, whose shifting balance shapes the practical trajectory of digital ideological and political education. To properly navigate this system of contradictions, it is necessary to proceed from the dialectical relationship between productive forces and production relations and to establish practical principles at the technological, institutional, and subjective levels, so as to ensure that digital ideological and political education fulfills its fundamental mission of fostering virtue and cultivating well-rounded individuals.

In October 2025, the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) reviewed and adopted the Proposal of the CPC Central Committee on Formulating the Fifteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development. The "15th Five-Year Plan" period carries a dual strategic mission: consolidating previous development achievements and laying a decisive foundation for realizing the 2035 modernization goals. During this period, China faces strategic opportunities arising from the in-depth advancement of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation, the deepening integration of its ultra-large-scale market into the domestic demand system, and the expansion of new spaces for international cooperation through institutional opening-up. However, China also confronts significant challenges, including intensifying competition among the great powers, persistent internal structural contradictions, and lingering risks to secure development. Nevertheless, China's economic and social development benefits from the institutional advantages of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the advantages of an ultra-large-scale market, a complete industrial system, and innovative human capital. Consequently, socialist modernization during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period urgently requires the exploration of a new development paradigm characterized by "quality revolution, security safeguards, and structural optimization", ultimately achieving a virtuous cycle of "technology leadership—green development—institutional guarantees".

As a strategic force driving technological revolution and industrial transformation, the development of future industries fundamentally relies on an open, collaborative, and symbiotic innovation ecosystem. This innovation ecosystem exhibits characteristics such as coexisting strategic leadership and high uncertainty, open collaboration and symbiotic evolution, technological drive and ecological dependence. Its effective operation is supported by a diverse network of heterogeneous entities, strategic resource endowments, and institutional environments. Research indicates that system evolution follows a dynamic path from germination to maturity and to transformation, with each stage demonstrating significant differences in dominant drives, major structures, and governance needs. This necessitates shifting governance models from linear control to ecological adaptation. Establishing governance systems tailored to developmental stages, building multi-level collaborative platforms, and cultivating an innovation culture that encourages exploration are key pathways to shaping a resilient and dynamic future industry ecosystem and nurturing new growth drives.

With the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China drawing up the blueprint of the 15th Five-Year Plan, developing new quality productive forces has become a strategic choice for China to advance high-quality development and secure an edge in international competition. Characteristic of high technology, high efficiency, and high quality, new quality productive forces mainly take the form of digital productivity and green productivity. They stand in a dialectical unity with high-quality development across dimensions such as innovation-driven growth, structural optimization, green development, and improvement of people's livelihoods. In order to transform the strategic concept of new quality productive forces into operational high-quality development measures, we must follow the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and efforts must focus on four key areas: scientific and technological innovation, industrial upgrading, institutional reform, and talent cultivation, so as to transform the top-level design and strategic deployment of developing new quality productive forces into active practice and solid results in various regions and fields through effective ways such as achieving high-level sci-tech breakthroughs, promoting industrial system transformation, deepening factor market reform and improving talent cultivation system so that a solid material and technological foundation for Chinese-style modernization is continuously strengthened.

Accelerating the construction of a new energy system is a crucial component of building an energy power and a fundamental material guarantee for the modern industrial system. The development of this system is not only a process of continuous improvement in energy productive forces but also a socialized construction of production relations. Subject interest relations constitute the core of production relations in this context, making it an important proposition to fully understand the formation and evolution of these relations and innovate coordination mechanisms. This paper systematically analyzes the generation logic, multi-dimensional manifestations, and phased evolution laws of subject interest relations. The internal tension in the interest relation structure stems from the impact of structural substitution on existing resource allocation, market patterns, and institutional arrangements, manifested mainly in market competition, technological route selection, and regional policy differences. The interest-oriented nature of the new energy system determines the important value and fundamental role of constructing an institutional environment that effectively stimulates and maintains cooperative behaviors among multiple subjects. Therefore, strengthening policy coordination to achieve overall planning and targeted support, deepening market integration to expand electricity trading and integrated energy services, and promoting technology sharing to facilitate industry-university-research collaboration and achievement transformation are essential. Policy continuity, market fairness, technological synergy, and institutionalized cooperation play a pivotal role in properly handling relations among stakeholders and realizing the "coordinated symbiosis" of the new energy system.

The CPC's modernization discourse not only clarifies the socialist direction of modernization and highlights the Chinese characteristics of modernization, but also showcases the global significance of the Chinese-style modernization. Generally speaking, the CPC's modernization discourse has undergone four paradigm shifts: constructing the initial form of modernization through revolutionary discourse, shaping modernization construction through socialism discourse, starting Chinese-style modernization through the discourse of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and leading the development of Chinese-style modernization through the discourse of national rejuvenation. The evolution logic of the CPC's modernization discourse is manifested in practice as the continuous expansion of the connotation of modernization, the continuous consolidation of the socialist nature of China's modernization, and the continuous highlighting of the independent and self-reliant nature of modernization. The CPC's modernization discourse provides a new direction for breaking through the established framework of modernization discourse, offers a discourse foundation for building a modern civilization of the Chinese nation, and provides new discourse references for developing countries and regions to explore modernization paths suitable for themselves.

Adhering to the main line of system construction is one of the "six major principles" put forward by the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the basis of the profound summarization of the valuable experience of comprehensively deepening reform since the reform and opening up, especially in the new era. The idea of adhering to the system construction as the main line to further deepen the reform in an all-round way originates from the Marxist system theory, based on the development and changes of the world situation, national conditions and party conditions on the new journey, and is rooted in the fertile soil of excellent traditional Chinese culture. The core essence of adhering to the system construction as the main line to further deepen the reform comprehensively is mainly reflected in the party's overall leadership as the fundamental guarantee, the people-centered philosophy as the fundamental position, upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground as the source of vitality, the rule of law as the important guarantee, and the systems thinking as the mindset. Adhering to the principle of system construction as the main line, clarifies the strategic orientation of further deepening the reform in the new journey, lays the institutional foundation for improving the efficiency of national governance, provides institutional guarantee for promoting social fairness and justice, and provides institutional momentum for high-quality economic development, which is conducive to promoting further deepening the reform in an all-round way and promoting Chinese modernization on the new journey.

Against the backdrop of the codification of the Ecological and Environmental Code and the pursuit of China's dual carbon goal, the evolution of the carbon inclusion policy reveals a complex interplay among local resource endowments, legal system, and the transition toward green and low-carbon development. The codification provides a normal foundation for embedding carbon-inclusion practices within a unified legal framework. The inertia associated with high-carbon development—shaped by historical path dependence—necessitates a reconstruction of legal rules governing emission control, allocation of rights and responsibilities, and market oversight. To realize the dual carbon goal, we must draw upon China's indigenous legal-cultural resources so that the carbon inclusion policy gains cultural support at the value level, forms a governance pattern with the cooperative participation of the state, enterprises and the public at the institutional level, and forms an operational landing plan relying on digital carbon accounting and green and low-carbon technologies at the instrument level. Through this multi-level integration, a distinctly Chinese model of carbon inclusion can be gradually formed, fostering green and low-carbon modes of production and living. This process deepens the convergence of traditional Chinese legal culture, China's approach to the modernization of the rule of law, and the national low-carbon transition, and ultimately contributing Chinese insights and solutions to global climate governance.

Controversy in judicial practice over the clause "causing the death of the patient" in the crime of illegal medical practice mainly involves the application of the two elements of the basic conduct and the causal relationship. Although the Supreme People's Court has issued relevant judicial interpretations timely, the determination of these two elements still requires further clarification. The criminal type of the crime of illegal medical practice suggests that the basic conduct should be strictly defined, and only medical practices that severely violate medical standards and carry inherent risks of causing harm, performed by individuals without a medical license, can be considered unlawful under criminal law. Furthermore, in determining the causal relationship, it is important to note that criminal law requires not only a direct and primary factual causal connection between the conduct and the result but also the legitimacy of attributing the result to the conduct. In assessing the legitimacy of the result attribution, the theory of avoiding risk realization in the rule of result avoidance can be applied. When engaging in a lawful activity, if the result is uncertain, the legitimacy of attributing the result should be denied, thus denying the establishment of a criminal law causal relationship.

In the practice of the petroleum industry, the petroleum spirit has been formed with the spirit of workers in Daqing Oilfield (the"Iron Man") as the representative and with "hard working" and "three honest and four strict" as the core. With clear political characteristics of the times and values in practice, the petroleum spirit is the spiritual wealth passed on by successive generations of oil men in China. It has a strong ideological and political education function in petroleum colleges and universities. The core of ideological and political education in physical education course is to cultivate students' good morality together with strong physique. The integration of petroleum spirit into the physical education curriculum of petroleum colleges and universities is conducive to strengthening value guidance, optimizing content supply and strengthening cultural support. Therefore, we can construct the practice path of integrating petroleum spirit into petroleum college physical education curriculum by perfecting top-level design, constructing ideological and political education system, optimizing implementation vehicle, improving physical education teachers' ideological and political consciousness, and establishing sharing mechanism for ideological and political education.

When the nation prospers， sports prosper； when the nation grows strong， sports grow strong. The 15th National Games， guided by the hosting philosophy of "green， shared， open， and clean"， aligns deeply with the strategic deployment set forth in the 15th Five-Year Plan to "coordinately advance the development of mass sports and competitive sports and accelerate the building of a leading sporting nation"， marking the construction of China into a leading sporting nation moving into a new historical position. However， the "fandom frenzy" in sports — extending from the Paris Olympics through to the present National Games — is， with its powerful capacity for emotional mobilization and its distorted value orientation， profoundly eroding the healthy fabric of the sports ecosystem， constituting an unavoidable fandom problem on the road to building China into a leading sporting nation. Taking sports-related cases from the 15th National Games as an observational window， this paper systematically identifies four characteristic manifestations of the "fandom frenzy" phenomenon in sports： the boundary dissolution of emotional subjects， the conformist alienation of group behavior， the inversion of priorities in value judgment， and excessive consumption under the dominance of capital logic. This paper traces the underlying temporal causes — the structural incentives of the traffic economy， the value infiltration of the trend toward pan-entertainmentization in sports， the emotional amplification mechanisms of platform algorithms， and the weakening of identification with the Chinese sports spirit under the impact of consumer culture. We then construct a systematic remediation pathway centered on multi-stakeholder consultative co-governance among "individuals， fan circles， society， and the market"， with the aim of returning sports to its ontological significance as a forge of the national spirit and a ground for cultivating civic virtue.
