特困老人救助研究现状

摘要： 随着我国人口老龄化趋势的加快，对老年人的关注和研究已迫在眉睫。特困老人是老年人口群体这一社会弱势群体中的弱势，从特困老人的概念界定、特困老人数量、基本特征和生活状况、特困原因、特困救助的意义及对策和特困老人救助实践中存在的问题几个方面，对目前学术界和政府实际工作部门的研究成果进行梳理，并在此基础上提出现有研究存在的不足和未来进一步研究的方向，如建立最低生活保障机制、构建新型养老体制、改变养老观念等。

关键词: 特困老人, 人口老龄化, 社会救助, 新型养老模式, 现代养老观念

Abstract: The elderly in especially difficult circumstances are the weakest among socially vulnerable groups. This paper’s summary of the current research findings from academic and practical workrelated government departments mainly includes the following aspects: the definition of the concept，the number of the destitute elderly，basic characteristics and living conditions, cause analysis，the significance of poverty relief and measures，and problems in rescue practice. Based on the summary，the author finally points out the existing shortcomings of all the researches and future directions for further study.
