摘要/Abstract

摘要： 城市景观风貌分区对于城市规划、古城保护、城市设计等相关领域具有十分重要的意义，建立一套科学的景观风貌理论和系统的分区方法十分必要。针对目前我国该领域的理论空白，从康泽恩学派的城镇平面分析法的起源入手，探讨了其理论框架和系统方法，研究了康泽恩的城市景观著名的三分法：城镇平面、建筑形态、土地用途构成城市景观分析的三大要素，以及该方法在全球以及中国城市景观风貌研究中的实践和应用，以期为我国的城市景观风貌分区研究与实践提供有益的探索和借鉴。

Abstract: The identification and classification of urban landscape units are important for urban planning，urban design，reservation of historical sites，and other related fields.There is a need for a scientific approach and system towards urban landscape units classification.This paper is aimed to introduce town plan analysis，which was developed by the Conzenian School in urban morphology，and its application at home and abroad.
