中位系数法排序在绩效考核管理中的应用

摘要:

针对迄今还没有一种有效方法来解决跨部门(或跨岗位)员工绩效考核成绩可以统一排序的现实,提出了利用中位系数法对不同部门(或不同岗位)间员工的绩效考核成绩进行修正而实现统一排序的方法。详细介绍了中位系数法排序的理论、模型建立和计算方法,并对中位系数法排序的有效性进行了论证。研究成果对于解决不同岗位(尤其是企事业单位中机关科室中不同业务岗位)间员工绩效考评结果的排序具有重要的指导意义,同时对下属不同单位(或部门)间员工绩效考评结果的二次考核与平衡也非常有效。

Abstract:

In light of the situation in which no effective method is available to sort compare the results of performance inspection between different departments and posts,the author suggests the use of Median Modulus Method in sorting the results of performance inspection in the entire organization.This paper gives detailed instructions on theoretical basis,model building and calculating method,and also a demonstration of the effectiveness of Median Modulus Method.This research finding has guiding significance for sorting the results of performance inspection of those staff who hold different posts(especially the posts in administrative sections of enterprise units and institutional units),and it is very effective in second appraisal during performance inspection appraisal among staff in different companies.
