摘要/Abstract

摘要： 英国法学硕士教育模式是全球法学高等教育模式的成功范例之一。其在入学方面实行“宽进严出”，要求申请学生提交详尽的研究综述和学习计划；在教育理念上，以培养学生能力为本位，强调学生关键能力的培养，目标是将学生培养成能进行独立思考而又富于创造性的人才；在授课模式方面，实行学生自治的模式，表现为学生自主选课和自由择师；在教学方式上，重视习明纳教学方式，强调师生沟通和互动；在学术研究方面，要求学生写出一篇高质量的毕业论文，严惩学术剽窃行为。英国法学硕士教育的这些有益经验值得我国法学教育学习借鉴。

Abstract: The education of Master of Law in UK is one of the successful paradigms in the world.It has formed the unique features in the area of recruit requirements，graduate qualifications，education objective，teaching models，methods of teaching and academic research.In light of this，it is a instructive way to reform education model for Master of Law in China by comparative analysis.
