Abstract: Quantum decoherence(QD) will make a strong impact on quantum control systems，and the impact of QD has revealed that quantum systems are some brandnew systems. In fact，quantum systems are open，mathematical and are based on quantum logic.The author believes that if our views are still based on classical notions，systems will lose its independence and holism will be selfcontradictory. In fact，we should put forward and construct quantum holism (QH).Only in this way can we make our views about holism more coherent.
