Current Researches on Human Resources Management in China’s Public Sector

Abstract:

In recent years, the study on human resources management in public sector in our country is paid much attention to by a wide range of scholars with abundant achievements and diversified perspectives, so great progress has been in the development of relevant theory. The author retrieves all the 78 relevant papers in the last 10 years from CSSCI and summarizes the current state of researches on both macro and micro human resources management in public sector. This paper also analyzes the features presented in the course of research and points out the drawbacks, and thus provides reference ideas for the reform of human resources management in public sector.
