Abstract:

In recent years，general education has been given great emphasis on in universities.An analysis is made first about the problems now existing in general education in finance and economics universities:unscientific course structure，inadequate teaching staff，and poor adminstration.Bade on the analysis，the author concludes that the quality of general education will get ensured by a better and more comprehensive understanding of general education，and an improved course structure.Teacher training，innovation of teaching methods，enriched resources and improved administration also contribute to a successful general education.
