Abstract:

Currently, the volume of natural gas through the pipes of some of the sub-transmission stations in economically developed areas can not meet the needs of downstream users. In this context, upgrading valve chambers to sub-transmission stations becomes urgent. By using the principles of technical economics, and with consideration of the nature of the expansion project,we establish the formula of total investment, revenue and cost and obtain the calculation model of economic output limits. Basing on past data and parameter of the West-East expansion project and adding evaluation to the model,we calculate the amount of economic output limits. The concept of economic output limit will play an important role in decision making in West-East expansion project
