Abstract: Building a community with a shared future for mankind requires active participation and response from different subjects. However, the synchronic contradiction between common interests and special interests, the conflict of values deriving from cognitive bias, and the contradiction between governance capabilities and realistic demands have had a great influence on the response abilities of subjects like countries, political parties, enterprises, international organizations. In building a shared future for mankind, it is necessary that various subjects in the international community play their roles. To improve subjects’ response, efforts must be made to exert the initiative of subjects by strengthening the collective identity of the core subjects, enhancing cohesion of the core subjects’ behavior, promoting the structure and mechanism reform of international organizations, and by enhancing the positive drive of the auxiliary subjects.

Key words: a shared future for mankind, global integrated enterprise, collective identity, space justice, international organization
