摘要: 经添加玻璃纤维进行强化的聚合物在注塑过程中会对注塑机螺旋输送器的螺旋机构和套筒产生严重的磨损。为解决注塑机螺旋输送器的磨损问题,需要一台能较全面模拟其内部摩擦磨损条件的试验机,进行各种针对性的模拟实验,找出磨损的原因,以便采取相应的措施。就存在的问题较深入地分析了注塑机螺旋输送器内的摩擦磨损条件,详细介绍了设计的能较全面模拟内部摩擦磨损条件的试验机及实验方法。

Abstract: GlassOfilled polymers are known to produce considerable wear on the barrels and screws of injection moulding machines.In order to solve the wear problems , it is necessary to use an abrasive wear tester which can simulate the real wear conditions in the injection moulding machine to carry out the simulation test , so that the reasons of the wear can be found and somemeasurements can be taken. In this paper the inner wear conditions in the injection moulding machine was analyzed minutely ,and the new developed wear tester that was used to simulate the real wear conditions in the injection moulding machine and the simulation test method were introduced in the paper.
