摘要:
利用现有旋流器流场分析理论研究成果,针对常规水力旋流器存在的短路流等问题,提出在常规水力旋流器的基础上增设轴向零速包络面过滤网的结构改进思路,将常规的水力旋流器改进成为以旋流为主过滤分离为辅的新型分离设备,并对其合理性和可行性进行了理论上的分析论证,同时讨论了滤网对流场的影响以及相关的问题。

Abstract:
This artical is about a new design notion of the general hydrocyclone which was except to improve the separate efficiency of the hydrocyclone by solving the problems of shortcut flow and circle flow. Under the ground of the flow field theory, a special filtering-net which is called lateral zero velocity veil (LZVV) filtering-net was added in the place of LZVV. The filtering-net was accepted to improve the separate efficiency of the hydrocyclone. The rationality of the improveisst A, he influence of the filtering-net to the flow field and some relational problems were mentioned.
