注水泥的理论与实验研究

摘要: 本文详细论述了层流注水泥及紊流注水泥的顶管理论及紊流隔离液作用机理。提出了垂直井、倾斜井及水平井层流注水泥的顶替数学模式及紊流顶替的数学模式。通过求解环空紊动扩散方程,得出了计算最小隔离液体积及最小紊流接触时间的公式。并用实验数据检验了部分理论公式,其相对误差在10%左右.

Abstract: This paper studies the displacement theory of laminar and turbulent cementing and the action mechanics of turbulent spacer in detail,and presents the mathematical models of laminar and turbulent cementing displacements in vertical,deviated and horizontal wells.By solving the turbulence diffusion equations in annulus, the paper obtains the formulas of calculating the minimum volume of the spacer and the minimum turbulent contacting time, and examines the partial theoretical formulas by using experimental data and those from other papers.It has been shown that the relative error is about 10℅.
