摘要/Abstract

摘要： 压裂泵是油气增产的关键设备之一。由于工作条件相当恶劣，压裂泵的易损件—阀的使用寿命相当低，甚至于不足以完成一次作业(约2.5小时)。为了提高泵阀使用寿命，收集现场使用的优质泵阀，进行材质，金相，宏观和微观失效分析，从中得出一些有益的认识，用来改进国产泵阀、提高其使用寿命以适应压、裂酸化工艺的发展是有必要的。

Abstract: The fraeturing PumP is the Key equiPment used infraetureaeidizing
technique to enhanee 0il-gas recovery.Under the severe oPerating conditions，the life of its quick-wear Parts，valves，is too short to accomPlish one run (about 2.5 hours).In order to enhance their life，the authors collected valves of advaneed Pumps，and analyzed their material and metallurgy maeroseoPieally and microseoPieally for failure，and obtained some benefieial knlowledge of enhancing the life of valves，which can meet the satisfaetory need of fraeture-aeidizing technique.
