摘要:

本研究利用电子探针和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对高温蠕变Nicalon/Sic复合材料进行了纤维/基体介面的成份和断口形貌分析。分析表明,Nicalon/Sic复合材料的蠕变断裂是一个复杂的、非突发性的脆性断裂过程。同时本文采用挤压法半定量地测定了纤维—基体结合键强度,从而揭示了FCVI纤维涂层提高材料断裂韧性的纤维拨出机理。

Abstract:

The composition of fiber-matrix boundaries and the fractography of fracture surfaces in Nicalon/Sic composites have been analyzed by means of Electron Microprobe and Scanning Eletron Microscope (SEM) . The analysis shows that the creep failure of Nicalon/Sic composites is a completed and no-sudden brittle fracture process. Also, fiber-matrix bond strength has been semi-quantitatively evaluated by using indentation methods, and so the fiber pull-oot mechanism for increasing fracture toughness has been presented
