Abstract: Fuzzy groups presented by A. Rosenfeld in 1971 attracted great attention of the mathematicians at home and abroad. Wu Wang-min and Zhou Kai-qi et al. studied Fuzzy groups extensively and arrived at a lot of important conclusions. Following the homomorphic theorem and a few isomorphic theorems on. Fuzzy groups set up by Zhou Kai-qi, this paper presents another isomorphic theorem on Fuzzy subgroups for the purposes of discussing the relationship between Fuzzy groups and Fuzzy Subgroups.
