PVT高压物性装置中传压介质水银替代物的研制

摘要: 本文针对PVT高压物性装置中传压介质水银的特殊要求,筛选出了两种能替代水银作为传压介质的有机化合物。测定了它们的压变系数、温变系数、饱和蒸汽压、比重、熔点、沸点和气体溶解度等基本物性参数。并用两种介质分别在国产GF—731型地层原油高压物性装置上作了N_2的压缩系数测定。将实验值与文献公布值、LHSS方程(由李士伦、孙雷等提出)和PR方程的计算值作了对比表明能满足工程精度要求。还将这两种介质研制的无汞PVT油气体系相态测定装置上作了CO2气体及中34井、中29井实际凝析油气体系相图测定。与文献公布的值相比,新研制的介质ZL—Ⅰ测N_2的压缩系数的平均相对误差低于1.0%(最大2.9%,最小0.03%),介质ZL—Ⅱ的平均相对误差低于0.7%(最大1.2%,最小0.04%),介质ZL—Ⅰ测CO_2相图平均相对误差低于1.6%(最大2.4%,最小1.0%),ZL—Ⅱ的平均相对误差低于1.9%(最大3.5%,最小0.005%)。介质ZL—Ⅰ测中29井相图的平均偏差低于1.6%(最大4.2%,最小0%),介质ZL—Ⅱ测中34井相图的平均偏差低于2.3%(最大7.1%,最小0%)。实验初步证明:这两种介质可以替代水银。有利于改善工作环境和工作条件。

Abstract: In this paper two organic compounds have been found to replace mercury as transmitting pressure medium according to the function of mercury and its special requirements in the PVT high pressure physical character equipment.We obtain the compressibility coefficient, temperature coefficient and saturated steam of media ZL-Ⅰ and ZL-Ⅱ from experiment, and compare them with mercury. Then, N2 compressibility factor is measured and compared with the standard value, the result of LHSS and PR-EQS. We find it can satisfy the engineering precision requirements.
