摘要： 油藏开发系统是一个复杂的系统,其决策是多目标优化问题。研究油藏经营优化决策模式,使复杂的油田开发评价工作条理化、程序化,为决策者提供最优开发方案,对实现油藏最佳开采起着关键性的作用,是油藏经营管理能否顺利执行的重要保证。提出了综合开发指标评价体系、开发进程监测和控制评价体系,在此基础上研究优化决策的运作模式,并设计了多目标优化决策体系功能结构的框架。

Abstract: Reservoir development system is very complicated, it is de-cision-making belongs to the multi-objection optimization. Re-search on the pattern of optimal reservoir management decision is a critical factor to the achievement of optimal reservoir devel-opment and an important guarantee to the smooth execution of reservoir management by making the complex oil field develop-ment evaluation orderly and consequently offering decision-mak-er the optimal exploitation plan.Inthis paper, two evaluation systems, comprehensive development index system and the e-valuation system of the development process monitor and control are presented. Both the flow chart pf optimal decision-making pattern and the frame of functional structure of multi-objection decision-making system are acquired, based on the preceded re-search work.
