摘要: 油管在自重和座封力作用下以及井壁约束条件下通常处于高次屈曲状态,根据此特征本文求得了油管可能发生的最大弯矩。其结果是根据螺旋层曲模式求得的最大弯矩的两倍,由此结果导出了计算允许座封力的公式,为油管座封力设评提供了理论的依据和简单可靠的方法。

Abstract:

The tubing column subjected to weight and reaction forces of constraint applied by the packer and the wall of a well is usually in a multi-wave buckling state. This paper evaluates the maximum bending moment of the tubing, The evaluated value is two times as large as that obtained on the basis of the helical buckling model (Ref, 1). This paper presents the formula used to calculate the allowable packing force. It can be simply used in the design of the tubing selled with a packer.
