摘要： 本文将价值工程中理论计算法与结构可靠性原理融为一体，提出了油气管道功能的材料成本计算式，即价值可靠性方程，称这种新的算法为价值可靠性计算。其特点是:只要给定材质和可靠度，就能直接从载荷算出管道结构的材料费用，融技术与经济为一体，使人立见效益，可供现场参考。
关键词: 管道 成本计算 可靠性 技术经济
Abstract: Coupling theoretical calculation method in Value Engineering with stru-ctural reliability, this paper has come up with formulas of function-cost in oil-gas pipeline, t.e, value-reliable equations, which are called value-reliable calculation.The characteristic of this method is that if the material and its reliability are given, the cost of pipeline can be directly calculated from loads, Therefore, it is also of certain value for reference because economy combines with technique in this method.
