摘要: 在钻井过程中,一旦发现天然气流入井眼,就应即时将井内天然气循环出地面,以免造成井喷。本文介绍计算机模拟井控中涉及的各种因素。计算机输出包括输入的基本数据和模拟输出结果两部分。宽行打印机印出应控制的套管压力、环空气柱高度、井下任一深度所承受的压力、气顶深度和流动阻力等数据,并画图表示上述动态参数。输出结果可作井控施工参考,井控研究和培训钻井工程人员用。压井方法为常用的司钻法和工程师法。井控模拟程序包括大陆钻井和海洋钻井。

Abstract: It is necessary to circulate out the kick from a well promptly in order not to result in blowout in case it is traced. This paper introduces some factors involved in kick simulation with computers. Printed with the line printer is the information including both input data and simulated results such as casing control pressure, gas column hight, pressure at any interesting depths, gas top depth and pressure drop in annuli. All above data are tabulated and plotted against the pump volume.
