气举井不动管柱酸化工艺技术研究与应用

摘要:

气举井不动管柱酸化工艺技术在保证文东油田气举井井下各级气举阀不被损坏的前提下,既不用起下管柱,又可达到解除堵塞、疏通油层流道、增产增效的目的。主要介绍了气举井不动管柱酸化工艺技术的关键部分新型解堵剂QJ-99的性能评价和最高泵注压力的确定,其中QJ-99能够满足不动管柱酸化施工的要求,各项指标也优于常规酸液;最高泵注压力计算公式实用性强,能够保证酸化后井下各级气举阀正常工作。现场应用效果证明了其有效性和经济性,为中原油田气举井解堵增产提供了一项新工艺。

Abstract:

According to the characteristics of gas lift wells at Wendong oilfield, production tubing acidization technology in gas life wells can remove formation blocks and dredge formation channels to increase production and efficiency without damaging down hole valves and without moving the production string. The indexes of the new unblocking agent,QJ-99, are better than those of conventional acid. The maximum pumping pressure equation is strongly practicable and can ensure the normal operation of each down hole gas lift valve after acidization stimulation. After applications, it has brought well economic efficiency and supplies Wendong oilfield a new stimulation technology.
