摘要: 利用回归分析方法对抽油机升系统效率测试中的试脸数据处理.得到了排量系数、井下功率报失及地面效率的回归方程,以此为基础讨论了电动机额定功率的合理选择、抽油机井系统效率的预测及抽汲参数的优化设计。

Abstract: Through the treatment of test data from measuring system efficiency of an oil welt with a pump-ing unit by regression analysis,we obtain the regression equations of flow quantity factor,wasted power in bore ,and surface unit efficiency ,and on its basis discuss the way of reasonably selecting the motor rated power ,of predicting the system efficiency of an oil well with a pumping unit ,and of opti-mally designing the pumping paramctere.
