摘要: 本文研究了以6wt%Y2O3和2wt%Al2O3为烧结添加剂的氮化硅材料在1300-1400'C温度范围内的蠕变特性.研究表明该材料系统的蠕变指数n等于2.激活能Q等于700 kJ mol-1.试验结果分析和计界都显示蠕变速率控制机理为氮沿晶界玻璃相扩散的扩散型控制机理.

Abstract: This paper studies the creep properties of silicon nitride containing 6wt%yttria arid 2wt% ahrmirla in the temperature range of 1300'C to 1400'C .The stress exponent is shown to be 2 and the true activation energy to be 700ks mol-1.The best results and analysis reveal that. the creep mechanism is a diffusion controlled creep mechanism involving nitrogen difus-sion through the grain boundary glassy phase.
