双输出脉冲发生机构的运动规律求解

摘要: 双输出脉冲发生机构是一种新型的全铰链式脉动无级变速器主传动机构。依据杆长逼近法解决了含有Ⅲ级组的双输出脉冲发生机构的位置、速度及加速度求解问题。结合应用Working Model 3D软件,研究了双摇杆的运动变化规律,结果表明双输出脉冲发生机构具有脉动输出运动的一致性与较好的可调性。在此基础上,确定了摇杆1的逆时针方向摆动和摇杆2的顺时针方向摆动作为传动机构的工作行程。

Abstract: Two-output impulse mechanism is a new style of transmis-sion mechanism of impulse stepless speed regulators. According to approach method of the bar length, the position, velocity and acceleration of two-output impulse mechanism includingIII grades were solved. The motion law of two rockers was studied with Working Model 3D software. The results of calculation in-
dicated that two-output impulse mechanism has the good consis-tency and adjustable character. Then the working mode of two rockers was determined.
