摘要: 管道泄漏事故频繁发生成为妨碍管道安全运行的主要原因,随着油气管道自动化水平的提高,很多管道实现了泄漏的自动检测,但由于各方面的原因泄漏检测的误报警率较高。针对新疆油田某原油管道,分析了管道运行的各种工况,提出了消除误报警的多种措施,在实际运用中取得了良好的效果。

Abstract: Tlte main cause which get in the way of pipeline's safety traffic is continually leakage accidents, with the development of automation level, plenty of pipelines realized automatic detection for leakage of pi州ine, however, the rate of the false alarm was very high for several reasons. Aimed at some crude oil pipeline of Xinjiang oilfield,a variety of operating conditions was analyzed in the paper, a lot of ways to rule out the false alarm was presented, it had a good effect in practice.
