摘要: 通过水泥浆失重实验发现并研究了水泥浆体系稳定性,即水泥浆失水、析水对水泥浆失重的重要影响。研究结果表明,降低水泥浆体系的失水、析水,提高水泥浆体系的稳定性,有助于使水泥浆在凝结过程中维持更高的有效浆柱压力而压稳地层流体防窜。

Abstract: With large numbers of weight-loss experiments, the important influence of cement slurry’s stability,namely filtration and free water, on its weight-loss is found and studied. The studies shows cement slurry with better stability, namely less filtration and free water, can remain higher effective column
pressure during its setting to kick the formation fluids and prevent annular flow in waiting-on-cement.
