摘要:

甲基丙烯酸二甲胺基乙酯(DMAEMA)是一种广泛应用于油田钻井的功能单体。采用金属钙(Ca)为催化剂,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和二甲氨基乙醇(DMAE)为原料,吩噻嗪为阻聚剂,用酯

交换方法合成甲基丙烯酸二甲胺基乙酯。通过FT-IR、1HNMR、MS、元素分析对产物进行了表征,考察了催化剂用量、原料配比、反应时间等对反应的影响。结果表明:金属钙是合成甲基丙烯酸二

甲胺基乙酯高活性和适用性的催化剂;在优化条件下,产物含量达到98.6%,反应产率为95.4%。

Abstract: 2(dimethylamino) ethyl methacrylate(DMAEMA) is a kind of functional monomer,which is extensively employed in oilfield drilling.By using calcium as catalyst,dimethylaminoethanol and methyl acrylate as raw materials,phenothiazine as inhibitor,DMAEMA is synthesized by transesterification.The product is verified by FT-IR,1HNMR,MS and element analysis,the effect of the reaction conditions,such as the amount of catalyst,the ratio of the raw materials and the reaction time is investigated,results show that Ca is a high active and applicable catalyst for synthesizing DMAEMA.The yield and purity of product could reach 95.4% and 98.6% respectively under the optimized conditions.
